I upgraded to version 8.3.0.46 on February 19. Since then, when I load documents created with earlier version of EnviroInsite, the WMS maps in these documents are not plotting or are plotting, but not scaled correctly.

I'm trying to run EnviroInsite7. When I excecute the file, the cursor changes to an hourglass for a second and then reverts back, but the program never starts. I've notice from looking at the task manager that an insite process is starting and then disappearing.
