Please check that the version of EnviroInsite is consistent with your installed version of MS Office. Many people don't realize that they have the 32-bit version of Office even though they are using a 64-bit computer. If that is the case then uninstall the 64-bit version of EnviroInsite and install the 32-bit version in its place. You will not need to activate the license again.
