Here are the steps to get the code, load it into EnviroInsite and try it out.
Register here for the free trial at http://register.onterrasystems.com/wmstrial.aspx.
Then go here to purchase: http://register.onterrasystems.com/login.aspx. I see that the price has gone up to $5 per month. Once you’ve made the purchase OnTerra will send you a code.
When you get the code you should start EnviroInsite and select Help -> Bing Maps Code…
Then enter the code that you received from OnTerra and click OK.
To test the service, select View -> Go To Location and enter New York City, NY as the address and click on OK.
Then select Insert -> Bing Maps and click OK at the next dialog box. You should see a map of lower Manhattan.
