I created a new document (File -> New), saved it (File->Save) and then loaded an ungeoreferenced image file. Then I loaded my data and inserted the image. The image file is not showing up. What do I do?

It turns out that you loaded the image somewhere in the vicinity of the default coordinates that come up when you start the program. The fix for this is to follow the standard procedure. First load your data. Then load the image and it will be placed in the general vicinity of the wells or borings in your data file.
