I'm trying to uninstall EnviroInsite2012 so that I can reinstall with the latest setup file. I tried uninstalling from the Windows Control Panel utility, but I'm receiving an error message regarding access to the installation log.
Get the new setup file using the instructions that were sent out to you previously. Run the setup file and then elect to Uninstall the current version when that option appears.
