I'm trying to run EnviroInsite7. When I excecute the file, the cursor changes to an hourglass for a second and then reverts back, but the program never starts. I've notice from looking at the task manager that an insite process is starting and then disappearing.
EnviroInsite 7? This is old news. It's time to upgrade!!
Officially there's no technical support provided for EnviroInsite7, but just this once. It's one of two library's that missing from your computer. The libaries and their links are:

You can open the Control Panel and check the installed program list for these libaries or just go ahead and try to install them. If you already have it installed the setup routines will let you know.
