I recently found that a jpg file that I inserted into my document is not visible. It shows up as a white box with a blue square in the middle. What do I do?
We have seen this issue and do not have a permanent fix for it as yet. There are however two workarounds that you might try that have worked for other users:
Edit the jpg file in a image editing program like Paint or GIMP. Then save it out as a png file. Now insert the png file.
Save out the document with the inserted image that shows up as a white box. Save the EI document, restart EI and reload the document.
