I upgraded to version 8.3.0.46 on February 19. Since then, when I load documents created with earlier version of EnviroInsite, the WMS maps in these documents are not plotting or are plotting, but not scaled correctly.
The EnviroInsite release of February 18 added support for State Plane coordinates. Unfortunately, documents created in prior versions did not have all of the document properties need to load WMS maps in the new version. To fix this problem:
Load the document in the new version of EnviroInsite
Select View -> Options
Select UTM and make sure that the UTM longitude zone and hemisphere are correct. Change these if necessary.
Click OK to save
Select File -> Save As to save the file out to a new name or Fiile->Save simply save over the old file
File -> Close to close the file
File -> Open and select the file saved in step (5).
The document will load with the WMS file plotted correctly.
