Can you confirm if it is possible to create template layout frames which could be applied to plans produced in the software which could be reused between projects?
Yes you can do that. To do so, create a new layout. Add all of the standard title block material that you would normally want to include. Select File -> Template -> Save. This will save out everything that had been added into the Layout view. Later, if you are working in another project, you can create a layout and then restore that Template from the Layout mode by selecting File -> Template -> Open and selecting the template that you had created before.
