I am exploring EI and I like it very much. I have one question for you:

How I can import maps from Web of the region of Serbia and Bosnia?

There are online maps and some grainy aerial images that you can access via WMS.  Try the following:

  1. Start EI
  2. Select View -> Go To Coordinates
  3. Enter 44.80 for latitude
  4. Enter 20.4667 for longitude
  5. Enter 2500 for width
  6. OK
  7. Check that you are now in UTM Zone 34 (lower right corner)
  8. Select Insert -> Web Map Service
  9. Select  http://irs.gis-lab.info/?
  10. Place check at Open Street Map mapnik
  11. Go to Bounding Box
  12. Click Update (this will reduce the resolution of the request to something manageable)
  13. Click OK
  14. Select Insert -> Web Map Service
  15. Select  http://irs.gis-lab.info/?
  16. Place check at Landsat from onearth.jpl.nasa.gov
  17. Go to Bounding Box
  18. Click Update
  19. Click OK

The aerial photo is pretty bad.  If you look around you may find other Web Map Services for Serbia.  Many countries now support sites showing aerial photos.
