Error that won't let me save a .vizx

I am working EnviroInsite to plot contours of a contaminant plume over several years and I have a fairly large number of contour plots (>24) and I keep getting an error message when I try to save.  A picture of the error message is attached to this post.  Does anyone know why I keep getting this error and how to fix it so it stops doing this?

Jonathan,

Can you send me the data file?  I'd like to see if I can reproduce the problem here.  I'd also like to set up a web meeting so I can see under what circumstances the problem is occurring. Let me know if you would be available on Monday to do that.

Bruce,

I will send you the EnviroInsite file and the database file it calls on, do you have an email account I can send that to.  I was going to attach it to this post but I don't see an "attach file" option on here.  I am available for a meeting today, what time would be good for you?  Also Dave Bean says Hi.

You can send the file to support@enviroinsite.com. If it's an Access data file then be sure to zip the file and change the extension of the zipped file to something like "piz". Also, email me your availability for a web meeting this afternoon.
