If I increase the x-section capture distance I'm finding that the logs or wells near the turning points of the x-section are being plotted at the same location. Why is it doing this and what can I do to fix it?
When EnviroInsite plots wells or logs on a x-section it first checks between which two x-section, turning points the object should be plotted. Sometimes when you have a sharp angle in a x-section you can have wells or logs which fall between two sequential sets of turning points. In that case, EnviroInsite doesn't know exactly what to do and goes with the safe fallback which is to plot it at the turning point itself.
To get around this problem, try creating your cross-section with less sharp angles on the profile line and with more turning points.
