(1) Users can now create a vertical grid on time history charts. The grid color is the same as the left-axis color (for now).
(2) The user can now specify the upper-left location of the tiled time-history charts.
(3) Tiled charts are generated by row descending on the page (rather than ascending as had been the case).
(4) On loading an EI document, the program will now check if the file is open in another application and give the user three attempts to load the file.
