We've uploaded a new document describing all of the data tables including the new Well Construction table.  The file can be found at http://www.enviroinsite.com/DLFiles/EI2012 Data Specs.pdf.  I suggest right-clicking on the link to the left and selecting Save Link As...

You'll need to log in to access the files.  Try the following:

 user name:  eiuser

password:  FESIwI46

A field in the tables Wells, Screens, Observations, Borings is called WELL
BUT
in the fields Stratigraphy, Point Values, Fill and Well Construction is called WELL NAME.
Is it intentional or is it a mistake?

That's an error in the documentation.  In all cases, the field indicating the location is named "Well".  I'll fix it and upload a new file.  Thanks for catching that and letting us know about it.
