Why do I get the message "Your trial period has expired" when I try to open a data file? I know that we had activated the license.

There was a bug in versions of EnviroInsite 7.3 and previous that caused the program to appear to not be activated. You should install and upgrade to at least 7.5.10.0. I have sent you the installation instructions in a separate email.
