We've installed EnviroInsite and are very happy with it's features, but we've discovered that we have no access to the floating license that we've purchased.
Some corporate firewalls have been found to block access to the floating license that we maintain on a third-party's server. Please work with your firewall software to allow read/write privileges on Port 21 and access to IP address 66.220.9.50. This should resolve the problem.
