On occasion EnviroInsite will use up the computer resources. You may find that closing other open applications that the inserted image will be visible. Try first closing other loaded applications and then edit the image and see if it plots after the dialog closes. If that doesn't work, one thing we have found that almost always fixes this problem is to save out an EnviroInsite document after going through the process of inserting the image. Then close and restart EnviroInsite and load the document again. This will in almost all cases reveal the missing image.
