In order to resolve the problem, please install the correct version (32- or 64-bit) of the Microsoft Access Database Engine 2010 Redistributable. You can download this from http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=13255. This error occurs with the EnviroInsite2012 Service Pack if you do not have Microsoft Office 2007 or later installed.
This is a problem that should be reolved when EnviroInsite is installed. We'll look into that.
