I have installed 64bit EI as per your recommendation. I have the new 5.6.1 version of EQuIS and this is what happens:
When I run EQuIS.exe (as administrator) and try to export to EI I get this error (and no data gets exported) :
The Microsoft Access Database engine 2010 or Microsoft Access 2010 Runtime must be installed in order to use this module with the 64-bit vrsion of EQuIS Professional. If you have 32-bit Office 2010 installed, you should run the 32-bit version of EQuIS Professional to use this interface, or install the 64-bit version of Office.
I have downloaded MsAccess Database Engine 2010 and it did not help.
·When I run EQuIS_x86.exe (as administrator) and try to export to EI, EQuIS closes and displays this error:
An error has occurred in EarthSoft.Common, Version=5.6.1.12108
Object reference not set to an instance of an object a EarthSoft.Interfaces.EnviroInsite.Export.PopulateObservation Table (OleDbConnection cn, String facility_id)
This is a known problem with EQuIS Pro. It is my understanding based on my conversations with the EarthSoft helpdesk that it can be resolved by running the 32-bit version of EQuIS Pro. There may be a 32-bit executable in the installation folder, even though you have the 64-bit version installed. For more information, please contact helpdesk@earthsoft.com.
