Starting with the release of EnviroInsite 2012 we will be limiting technical support to a period of 12 months from the date of purchase of a license. This will also extend backwards to users that purchased or upgraded to EnviroInsite 7 or previous versions.
Why are we doing this? The obvious reason is to increase our revenue. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional overall value by offering a great product at a low price. We can only continue to do so if we have a revenue stream that justifies continued investment in the application and the amazing technical support that our users are accustomed to receiving.
