This is our fault, the mdb template file was not updated as it should have been when we released EI2012. The Standard Name needs to be added as a key to the Constituents table . I've attached the modified mdb file to this reply. The EI setup file will also be changed in the next day or two.

I have my data loaded in an MS Access mdb file. I tried adding a second standard to the Constituents tab, but I keep getting the message that I'm adding a duplicate record.
